The Cleveland Oasis Club is a group of people in the greater Cleveland area that enjoy getting together every other month to go on pub crawls. Pub Crawls are events where participants visit bars along a pre-planned route with each other. Each pub crawl is in a different location, and all of the bars on the same crawl are almost always withing walking distance of each other. The goal is to get together and have a great time. Anyone can join, and joining the crawl does not involve a fee. Pub crawls are not necessarily about getting drunk. It’s about going out with a huge group of people, making lots of new friends, having a great time, and getting to know parts of Cleveland that you might not otherwise.
The route, list of bars, and schedule will be emailed out to everyone on the mailing list and posted on this website before the next crawl. Meet us at the first bar at the start of the crawl, or catch up with us at any of the other bars along the schedule. When you join up with the crawl, sign the sign up sheets and take a nametag.
You must be 21 in order to join. However, you do not have to drink alcohol if you want to come along and have fun with us. The Cleveland Oasis Club encourages you to not drink and drive and to designate a driver for the evening.
The Cleveland Oasis Club was originally founded by Matt and Jennie McMullen in 1998 after participating in a Pittsburgh Oasis Club pub crawl.
